Why wouldn't you want to eat something where a photo of it made your mouth water?  Food photography is an area of photography that I enjoy and have been given several opportunities to shoot for event and promotional use, and more recently, for cookbooks and magazines.

Being a personal fan of this subjec, I believe I provide justice to the meal and allow the audience to connect their senses to where sight and taste can combine to provide retail and commercial choices.
